Co-Founder/Partner, Ways & Means
With over 25 years of media experience, Karen has a client roster that spans almost every industry. She’s got more than a handful of Effies under her belt, and is always on the quest for more. This is her third time working with Diana, but the first time in a truly independent operation.
Before Ways & Means, Karen founded and built the communications and measurement disciplines from scratch at Eleven Inc. She was the first employee in the history of the agency to be promoted to Associate Partner and the first woman to have the word Partner in her title.
At Universal McCann, Karen was Executive Vice President, Managing Director, managing the global media program for Microsoft across all business units and 32 countries. And before these positions, Karen ran the media department at TBWA\Chiat\Day San Francisco, managing the Levi’s account, and multiple start-ups.
She holds an MBA from New York University, and a Bachelor’s of Science from Georgetown University.
